What is the difference between Tax Planning, Tax Strategy, and Tax Consulting? +

Tax Planning involves developing a plan to understand and tackle expected tax liability, including projections and strategies to minimize liability. Tax Consulting provides advice on tax matters and financial decisions. Tax Strategy focuses on unique ways to minimize tax liability, often integrated into planning and consulting.

What does IRS Representation entail? +

IRS Representation involves representing clients in IRS field audits based on tax returns prepared by Tax Pro Strategies and maintaining accurate record-keeping systems to meet audit standards.

What type of Businesses do you work with? +

Tax Pro Strategies works with solo owner companies (DBAs, Single Member LLCs, S Corporations) and a limited number of Partnerships. C Corporations are not serviced due to added complexities.

What documents should I provide to the Accountant? +

Provide at least the prior year's tax returns, receipts, invoices, accounting access to bank accounts, prior payroll records, customer and vendor lists, and any other relevant financial documents for accurate financial updates and tax savings.

Do you offer Payroll services? +

No, payroll services are not offered. Recommendations include using Gusto or ADP for payroll.
