ABLE supports growth-stage SMEs, regional business groups, and international companies managing operations across Hong Kong, China, Southeast Asia and Europe.
ABLE was founded in 2013 to support businesses expanding beyond a single jurisdiction, where regulatory complexity, fragmented advisors, and inconsistent service standards become a hidden growth constraint. Since then, we have served as a long-term partner for businesses requiring reliable execution, local regulatory depth, and central accountability across Greater China and Southeast Asia.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can foreigners own 100% of a company in China? +
Yes. In many sectors this is permitted through a WFOE, subject to the Negative List and sector-specific regulations.
How long does incorporation take? +
Timelines vary by city, sector, and licensing scope. Incorporation and initial registrations typically take several weeks, with exact timelines confirmed after assessing business scope and regulatory requirements.
Do I need to be in China to incorporate a company? +
Physical presence is generally not required. Certain steps may require notarised and apostille documents, which can usually be handled remotely.
Does incorporation guarantee a China bank account? +
No. Bank account opening is a separate process subject to bank due diligence and regulatory review. Proper structuring, approved business scope, and realistic capital planning significantly improve outcomes, but approval is not guaranteed.
Does incorporation guarantee a Vietnam bank account? +
No. Company incorporation and bank account opening are separate processes. While a properly structured incorporation improves bank onboarding outcomes, account approval is subject to each bank’s internal KYC and risk assessment. We provide guidance on banking readiness and documentation, but final approval rests with the bank.
